Rodβs deep expertise spans project conceptualization, cost frameworks, regulatory pathways, and execution strategy with an eye to reducing risk and driving value. Known for his collaborative, practical approach, Rod has overseen some of Western Canadaβs most complex pipeline and facilities projects, offering insight at every stage from feasibility to commissioning. His leadership continues to define Laurenβs culture of responsiveness, adaptability, and trusted client partnership across both traditional and transitional energy markets.

With 36 years of experience spanning upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas, pipelines, and industrial projects, Bob brings deep technical knowledge and commercial insight to every engagement.
Over 16 years focused on business development, Bob has originated and guided multi-million-dollar projects from opportunity through execution. His leadership in EPCM and EPC delivery has established trusted partnerships with major clients including Shell, Chevron, Enbridge, Pembina, Kinder Morgan, FortisBC, and Syncrude. Bob’s ability to translate client challenges into practical solutionsβcombined with his technical backgroundβhas made him a valued advisor on complex, high-stakes projects. A Registered Engineering and Technology Management Professional, Bob holds credentials from BCIT and Kwantlen Polytechnic University in Civil & Electrical Engineering Technology and Construction Management.

She has both local Canadian and international experience.Β Β Christina leads her team to provide exceptional drafting and design support, prioritizing schedules and drafting standards to ensure successful project outcomes.

Based in Kelowna, Graham Pavlik leads Lauren’s Project Management and Project Engineering teams, ensuring disciplined execution and consistent delivery across the firm’s portfolio of energy infrastructure projects. He establishes the frameworks, standards, and controls that enable project teams to deliver complex work on time, on budget, and to specification.
With over 10 years of project management experience in oil and gas, Graham has led pipeline, facility, and refinery projects from concept through commissioning. His pipeline expertise spans 2″ to 36″ diameter systems across BC, Alberta, and Ontario, including design to CSA Z662 standards, stress analysis, procurement, and cost estimating. Graham’s two years as an owner’s representative at Chevron Canada’s Burnaby refinery provided firsthand insight into client priorities and the intersection of design, operations, and maintenanceβexperience that informs his approach to project delivery and client service today.

As the Director of Corporate Services, Steven Bergen leads Lauren’s HR, IT, and operations functions, executing on the firm’s overall vision and growth strategy. He ensures the infrastructure, systems, and teams are in place to support Lauren’s ambitious expansion across North America while maintaining operational excellence and the culture that defines the firm.
With over 10 years as a pipeline engineer and project manager in oil and gas, Steven also serves as a key client account managerβa role that leverages his technical depth and project integration experience. He has guided projects through feasibility, FEED, and detailed design for natural gas and multi-product liquids transmission pipelines up to NPS 20, working across OGC, AER, and NEB-regulated systems. Steven’s experience managing integrated project teamsβcoordinating lands, regulatory, archaeological, environmental, procurement, and construction disciplinesβdeveloped his ability to see projects holistically and anticipate client needs, making him particularly effective in translating complex technical requirements into clear project strategies for clients.

His career has taken him from France to Fort McMurray and ultimately to Calgary, the center of Canada’s energy sector, where he’s developed deep expertise in the cost and schedule management that separates high-performing projects from the rest. Manuel’s focus on accuracy, accountability, and proactive problem-solving helps project teams anticipate challenges and make informed decisions that protect both timelines and budgets.
